Monetizing Technologies
Less than 5% of any company’s technology portfolio is used in its products — that is, the overwhelming majority of a company’s technologies are not core to its business. Some of these them are held for defensive purposes but still many can be monetized through embedding in industry solutions to increase the value delivered to customers.
