From the Work
The frameworks we actually use with clients, made available here because the thinking holds up whether or not we're in the room. New pieces added as the work produces them.
Each piece opens with something real and citable — a landmark study, an established framework, a documented case — never an invented statistic, because an argument grounded in real evidence is more useful than one that isn't.
What Vaxa actually does about the problem is a separate thing: a named method, built from our own client work. The research and the method aren't the same lineage — we reference one to make a point, and we built the other ourselves. Both are shown, clearly labeled, so the difference is never blurred.

A Single Lens Gives You a Single Answer. That Is Rarely the Right One.
Most market reads answer one question: is this big and is it growing? Those aren't bad questions. They're just two of the questions — and stopping there has a fifty-year history of getting the resource allocation call wrong.
