About · Vaxa Serve
Real strategic capability, applied to organizations with a mission.
Vaxa's philanthropy is built on the same expertise that shapes everything else we do — growth strategy, partnership development, and organizational planning, applied to the nonprofits we support.
At a glance
Same expertise
The disciplines we apply for any engagement, not a scaled-down version
Multiple sectors
Work spanning the nonprofit landscape, not one category
Ongoing, not one-off
Most relationships continue well past the first engagement
Vaxa Serve
Your mission is clear. The challenge: the strategic capability to grow it — from fundraising, getting the right sponsors, to a structure built to last.
Vaxa Serve closes that gap with the same expertise we bring to our for-profit clients.
What we bring
The capabilities we apply
Four disciplines make up the core of Vaxa's pro bono work — the same ones behind our other engagements, adapted to what a nonprofit actually needs.
Fundraising strategy
Campaign design and donor pipelines built to fund an organization over time, not just for one drive.
Sponsor and partner development
Identifying the right corporate partners and building relationships that last beyond a single sponsorship.
Community outreach
Building the visibility and local relationships a nonprofit needs to grow its base.
Organizational sustainability
The budgeting, governance, and structure a nonprofit needs to outlast any one leader.
How it works
What a for purpose engagement looks like
01
A conversation
Understanding where the organization stands today and what's getting in the way of growth.
02
A scoped plan
A small number of concrete priorities, matched to what the organization needs most.
03
Applied work
Hands-on strategic work across fundraising, partnerships, outreach, and sustainability.
04
Ongoing support
Many relationships continue well past the first engagement, as new priorities come up.

We don't have a different version of our value proposition for the causes we care about.
We have one way of working, and we bring all of it.
