Business Meeting

We go beyond the obvious
to achieve the extraordinary.

Tell us what you're facing. We'll show you how Vaxa thinks about it.

What is your key challenge?

  • Where Is the Next Wave of Growth?

The current business is fine. For now. You don't have a credible next act and the people around the table know it. Time is shorter than the revenue line suggests.

    Let's Talk
  • The Obvious Isn't Always What It Seems

You committed to it. You resourced it. It hasn't delivered. The instinct is to execute harder. The right move is to question whether the strategy was ever right.

    Let's Talk
  • Hyper Growth is Great Until It Isn't

You're winning deals you can't deliver. Decisions that used to take a day take a week. The org chart made sense at half this size. It doesn't anymore.

    Let's Talk
  • Partners' Mindshare Drives Performance

Your partners aren't selling. You've added incentives, programs, and headcount. None of it moved the needle. The problem is not the partners — it's how the channel was built and managed.

    Let's Talk
  • We Are Constanly Being Surprised

A competitor just made a move that surprised you. It shouldn't have. The information was available. You just didn't have the infrastructure to see it.

    Let's Talk
  • New Markets Drain Far Too Much Resources

Money spent, local hires, many approaches tried. Nothing has worked at scale. At some point the question stops being "how" and becomes "whether" — and that's the wrong question to be asking.

    Let's Talk
  • IP Sitting on Shelf Not Generating Returns

You are funding new growth initiatives while sitting on IP, capabilities, and partnerships that aren't working. You are building on top of value you haven't extracted yet.

    Let's Talk
  • Venturing is Ok—It's Not Where It Should Be

Investments made—portfolio exists but the strategic value isn't materialising—returns are marginal. A CVC program that doesn't create competitive advantage is just an expensive way to watch startups.

    Let's Talk
  • Overloaded—Too Many Signals to Absorb

Disruption is happening. Your organisation is still debating it. By the time consensus forms the window will have closed. The problem isn't awareness — it's the speed of response.

    Let's Talk
  • Caught in the Proof-Funding Death Spiral

Investors want proof of concept. Customers want someone else to go first. You can't get a reference without a customer and you can't get funded without a reference. You need someone who has broken this circle before.

Client Results

Strategy is only useful when it changes the outcome.

Vaxa is built around measurable consequence — new revenue, new markets, new strategic options, and decisions made early enough to matter.

Technology · Life Sciences

A Fortune 500 technology company questioned its future. A market no one had properly sized.

The organization was at a point of strategic uncertainty, searching for its next growth platform. Vaxa built the first rigorous bottom-up market sizing of information technology within drug discovery — no top-down number existed for a market this nascent — then designed the go-to-market strategy and full channel ecosystem behind it.

—  What changed: $100M committed within six months, a channel ecosystem built from scratch, and a $25M corporate venture capital program launched across five VC funds.

READ THE CASE

Semiconductors · Technology

Idle silicon technology. Two markets nobody had connected it to.

A global semiconductor company held a capable display technology with no identified commercial application. Rather than scanning adjacent markets for the nearest fit, Vaxa ran structured thought-leader panels to surface the non-obvious application the market had not yet formed consensus around.

—  What changed: two markets validated — high-density financial services displays and digital billboard advertising — with an alliance ecosystem identified and seeded.

Medical Devices · M&A

A plateauing core market. A larger adjacent one waiting.

A Swedish medical device leader in neurosurgery technology faced a maturing core market. Organic entry into therapeutic radiology would have taken years — Vaxa identified the acquisition target that accelerated entry instead, and built the strategic rationale behind it.

—  What changed: a major radiotherapy division acquired, and a transition from hardware-only to a recurring software-and-data platform now underway.

When Leaders Call Us

The obvious answer is not delivering enough.

Most assignments arrive framed as a problem to solve. The more valuable work often starts by asking whether the problem was framed correctly in the first place.

01

The next growth wave is unclear.

Five paths to top-line revenue growth — market share, new markets, innovation, IP monetisation, and venturing.

The obvious strategy is not working.

The market is moving faster than the organization.

04

Existing assets are not producing enough return.

IP, partnerships, capabilities, and market position can often support more growth than the current business model is extracting.

How We Create Growth

Three practice areas.
One mandate. Top line growth.

Each practice starts from a different place — where to grow, how to reach the market, or what is forming before others see it — but every engagement is measured the same way: better decisions, stronger outcomes.

Ways to Engage

Not every growth question needs the same kind of engagement.

Some decisions require deep strategic work. Others need a fast external read or continuous intelligence. Vaxa's engagement models match the speed and certainty the decision requires.

Always-On Intelligence

Vaxa On

Continuous external scanning and strategic intelligence — so critical decisions reflect what is happening now, not what was true when the project began.
