Primary and secondary research was conducted that leveraged industry thought leaders and specialized databases.
Created a stair-case time horizons to evaluate the information and bubble up the potential partners.
Outcome
Identified and analyzed over 750 private and public companies and institutions worldwide .
The process and model Vaxa developed became self-sustaining so the client was able to manage the process after the initial phase of evaluation.

The client executed several alliances in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific that pre-empted the competitors.
Two (2) years on, the client expanded the database of potential partners to over 1000 companies - with some but minimal assistance from Vaxa.
