Through market immersions by holding interviews and group sessions in North Ameria and Europe, engaged customers who are avid picture takers to figure out how they saw their phorgraphy skills.
Create an analytical model along eight (8) dimensions to evaluate each company to rank their partnership potential.
Create two (2) Visionary Panels to provide input to project tradititional and digital photography will evolve, including to identify established and emerging players.
Assessed the company's assets to determine which growth opportunities they should be pursue over what period of time.
